ROBIN STJERNBERG STARTS OFF 2021 WITH HIS NEW SINGLE ”PRETTY”

Robin Stjernberg is getting ready to finally release new music in his own name. The pop ballad ”Pretty” is released on New Year’s Day, the 1st of January, and is written by the artist himself in collaboration with Georgia Ku and Johan Lindbrandt.

Robin Stjernberg has spent the last few years developing himself as an artist, songwriter and producer. During this time he has both written and produced music for other artists, such as Sandro Cavazza, Estraden, Meghan Thee Stallion, Anna Bergendahl and Jill Johnson, but he also spent thousands of hours in the studio in Stockholm and Nashville mainly with the goal to develop his own artistry. Robin started his comeback in 2020 with the single “Miles of Blue”, a duet that he wrote with artist Jill Johnson. Now he starts off the new year by releasing his new single Pretty, a melancholic love song about missing something you once had, but to let go anyhow. In the making of Pretty, Robin was inspired by the American way of writing music and combined this with classic Swedish pop. He will also release a new EP during the spring of 2021.

“To me everything is about music. I live and breathe music. It’s my life and my fuel. I feel that I have finally found my own sound and I can’t wait to show everyone what I have been working on”, Robin comments.

Ny singel tillsammans med Jill Johnson!

Robin medverkar på Jill Johnsons nya singel “Miles Of Blue” – de har skrivit tillsammans förut men det här är första gången de sjunger tillsammans!

”Jag har alltid gillat Jills röst och genren hon rör sig i, så när en gemensam vän föreslog att vi skulle testa att skriva tillsammans så var det ingen tvekan om att jag ville det. Efter ett gäng låtar så kom ‘Miles Of Blue’ till och när vi sjöng in demon blev det svårt att tänka oss den utan våra röster! Även om vi kommer från olika musikaliska bakgrunder kändes det bara naturligt.” berättar Robin.

“Robin och jag har skrivit låtar ihop tidigare och jag är så imponerad av honom som låtskrivare och producent. Att ‘Miles Of Blue’ blev en duett var något som kändes otroligt naturligt när vi skrev den – och samtidigt har det gett en extra dimension till vårt samarbete”, säger Jill.
